某相控阵天线抗太阳辐射热设计及研究

摘要天线作为雷达信号接收与发射的装置,常常暴露在强烈太阳光辐射之下,太阳光的热效应会使天线罩内部模块工作温度过高,引起天线内部模块过热失效,严重影响天线的各项指标性能。针对某相控阵天线进行抗太阳辐射热设计,通过对天线进行热仿真,结合缩比模型试验与研究,解决了该相控阵天线因太阳辐射热引起的问题。

AbstractAs the signal transmit/receive module of radar, antenna is often exposed to the intense solar radiation. The high temperature of the radome inner module caused by the thermal effect of sunlight can make antenna inner module to be overheating and failurethe performance index of antenna will be severely influenced. This paper is aimed at the thermal design of phased array antenna caused by solar radiationthe problem of circuit damage due to solar radiation thermal was solved by simulation combined with scaled model testing and research.
