电动车存取停放控制系统设计

摘要:为解决小区内电动车停车难、乱停乱放、充电不安全等问题,在分析机械传动原理和控制原理的基础上,设计了电动车存取停放系统,该电动车存取停放系统包括车辆存取装置、传输升降装置、充电装置、停车装置和卡片识别装置五部分,运用ROBO Pro编程软件对该电动车存取停放系统进行自动存车、自动取车、自动充电和过电保护控制,基于慧鱼模型进行实物制作,经过测试,在程序控制下,电动车存取停放系统五部分有序配合,实现了电动车的自动存取、充电功能和过电保护功能。

Abstract:To solve electric car parking, stop the place inside the village, charging uneasy congruent problems, on the basis of analyzing the principle of mechanical drive and control principle, the design of the electric vehicle access parking system, the electric vehicle access parking system includes vehicle access device, lifting gear transmission, charging device identification equipment, parking equipment and card five parts, using the ROBO Pro programming software for automatic storage access to the electric car parking system car, pick it up automatically, automatic charging and CLP protection control, physical production base vaporizes quickly fish model, after the test, under the control of the program, electric vehicle access parking system five parts in order to cooperate, Automatic access, charging and over-voltage protection of electric vehicles are realized.
