某天线支架的拓扑优化设计与有限元分析

摘要:基于装机空间、安装、可制造性等要求,利用Inspire对某天线支架进行了多次拓扑优化。根据优化结果,采用CATIA软件设计了符合受载特点并满足安装、可制造性要求的支架结构。使用ANSYS Workbench软件计算了支架在承受正弦振动时的应力分布及其安全因子,结果表明支架满足振动要求。

Topology Optimization Design and Finite Element Analysis of an Antenna Bracket

Abstract:Based on requirements of installed space, installation and processing, lots of topology optimizations were performed for an antenna bracket using Inspire. According to optimization results, CATIA was used to design a bracket structure that satisfied load characteristics and met the installation and processing requirements. The stress distributions and safety factors of the bracket subjected to sinusoidal vibrations were calculated using ANSYS Workbench software. The results showed that the bracket met the vibration requirements.
