伸缩皮带运输机机架在不同工作状况下的结构仿真分析

摘要:以某型号伸缩皮带运输机的结构参数为依据建立对应的三维模型,选用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件对模型分别进行结构静力和模态的仿真分析,得出模型机架在三种典型工况(伸缩皮带运输机的伸缩部分处于能够伸缩的最短长度、一半最长长度和最长长度)下对应的应力分布、结构的固有频率和振型。分析结果表明,伸缩皮带运输机机架承受的最大当量应力值远小于机架所用材料的屈服强度,机架可以根据使用情况作相应结构优化;由于伸缩皮带机机架的伸缩部分前端振型位移较大,在设计选材时应选择刚度较大的材料以满足使用要求;选用伸缩皮带运输机的动力装置时应使动力装置的固有频率与伸缩皮带机机架的固有频率相差10%~20%以避免发生共振,此次分析得出的伸缩皮带运输机机架的固有频率为选用动力装置提供了参考。

Simulated Analysis of the Expansion Belt Machine Base Frame in Different Working Conditions

Abstract:Based on the structural parameter of a type of expansion belt machine, a 3D model is built. Using the ANSYS Workbench, the static structure simulation analysis and modal simulation analysis produces the results of corresponding stress distribution, structural intrinsic frequency and mode of vibration of the base frame in three typical working conditions(telescopic part of the expansion belt machine is at the shortest condition, half of the longest condition and the longest condition). The results indicate that the maximum equivalent stress of the expansion belt machine base frame is much less than the yield strength of the base frame's material, therefore the base frame's structure can be improved according to the use condition. as the front end of the telescopic part of the expansion belt machine base frame has a comparable long modal displacement, material with comparable big stiffness should be chosen when choosing material in design process. In order to avoid resonance, the intrinsic frequency of the power plant of the expansion belt machine should have 10%~20% gap with the intrinsic frequency of the expansion belt machine’s base frame. The intrinsic frequency of the expansion belt machine’s base frame obtained from this analysis gives reference for the choosing of power device.
