基于热压炉的温度控制系统设计分析

摘要:随着我国工业制造的快速发展,增加了对热压炉的需求,但热压炉的温度控制却有待进一步提升。基于热压炉的温度控制系统进行设计,从硬件和软件两个方面对该设备的温度控制进行设计和优化,考虑到热压炉的升温阶段、保温阶段和降温冷却阶段三个阶段的温度变化,对温度的要求较高,因此在设计时对软件的编程和工艺流程以及硬件的调整都做了相关的优化,以此提高该设备温度控制的精度和稳定性,减小该设备温度的波动提高成型产品的精度,为成型产品的工艺的制定提供更加完美的方案。

Design and Analysis of Temperature Control System Based on Thermal Pressure Furnace

Abstract:with the rapid development of industrial manufacturing in China, the demand for hot-pressing furnaces has increased, but the temperature control of hot-pressing furnaces needs to be further improved. Based on the thermal furnace temperature control system design, from two aspects of hardware and software of the device temperature control design and optimization, considering the hot-pressing furnace temperature stage, thermal insulation and cooling cooling temperature of the three stages of change, the requirement of temperature is higher, so in the design, programming and process of software and hardware adjustments do the related optimization, in order to improve the equipment temperature control accuracy and stability, reduce the device temperature fluctuations improve the accuracy of molding products, to provide for the establishment of molding products more perfect solution.
