影响EPB滚珠丝杠副耐久性能的原因分析与改进

摘要:运用零件失效分析的常规思路与基本方法,并结合对比法与统计法的运用,对EPB滚珠丝杠副效率低与丝杆挡肩断裂这两种主要的耐久失效形式进行理论分析与试验验证。重点讨论硬度、原材料、表面应力等材料因素与丝杆外形、沟曲率,表面粗糙度、挡肩外形等尺寸因素对耐久失效的潜在影响,本文认为半成品丝杆的棱圆度误差是导致耐久效率低的主要因素;而丝杆挡肩断裂是由丝杆挡肩外形、表面应力、原材料等多个因素共同影响的。最后提出了改善EPB滚珠丝杠副耐久性能的方法。

Analysis and Improvement of Durability Capacity for EPB Ball Screw Drive

Abstract:According to the methods of failure analysis of parts and contrastive statistics law, two main failure modes of EPB durability: low efficiency and screw shoulder fracture, are analyzed theoretically and tested experimentally. Many potential factors of durability failure are discussed in this paper, such as hardness, roughness, chemical composition, stress, screw appearance, raceway curvature and screw shoulder profile. It is concluded that the prismatic roundness of half-finished screw is the main factor causing the low efficiency. Screw shoulder fracture is influenced by many factors, such as shoulder size, surface stress and material. Finally, the paper provides some ways to improve the EPB durability capacity.
