基于TRIZ理论的新型卧式活套钢绳缩紧装置创新设计

摘要:针对目前冷轧卧式活套钢绳缩紧中的诸多问题,采用TRIZ理论对其展开了分析,基于技术冲突解决原理,确定了技术冲突,使用矛盾矩阵查询对应的发明原理,从而提出一种钢绳缩紧装置设计方案,并完成设备的安装与制作,重新规划了设计流程。通过在企业中的实际使用,有效地解决了企业的实际问题,验证了采用TRIZ理论设计的新型卧式活套钢绳缩紧装置的可行性。

Design and Application of a New Type of Mechanism in Horizontal Loop Steel Rope Tightening

Abstract:In view of the problems inhorizontal loop steel rope tightening of current cold rolling production. Based on the Theory of TRIZ conflict resolution, the technical conflicts were confirmed.Then, we used the contradiction matrix of corresponding invention principle, accordingly put forward a kind of design for steel rope tightening device, and replaned the equipment installation and production process.The feasibility of the design is verified by the practical use of the enterprise.The practical problems of the enterprise are effectively solved, and the feasibility of the new type of horizontal loop tightening device designed by TRIZ theory is verified.
