紧凑式CAVE虚拟制造平台系统设计与开发

摘要:以当前主流的虚拟现实技术为平台系统开发背景,针对虚拟制造平台进行了系统设计与开发。论述了虚拟制造平台设计的原理与方案,完成了一种紧凑式CAVE虚拟制造平台的软硬件布局,研制了物理样机,并在平台上构建了此设备的开发环境。进行了物理样机的系统测试,达到设计要求。借助此虚拟制造平台系统设计了数字化产品模型,实现了生产制造。探明并明确了紧凑式CAVE虚拟装配平台的一体化开发流程和实现方法,为紧凑式CAVE虚拟制造平台系统的应用、创新及推广提供了重要支持。

Design and Development of Compact CAVE Virtual Manufacturing Platform System

Abstract:Based on the current mainstream virtual reality platform, a system is designed and developed for the virtual manufacturing platform system. The principle and scheme of the design of virtual manufacturing platform system are discussed. The hardware and software layout of a compact CAVE is completed and the physical prototype is successfully developed. The development environment of this device is built on the platform system. The physical prototype of the system is tested and the design requirements are achieved. With the help of the virtual manufacturing platform system, the digital product model is designed and the production is successfully manufactured. The integrated development process and implementation method of compact CAVE virtual manufacturing platform system is explored and clarified, which provides important support for the application, innovation and popularization of compact CAVE virtual manufacturing platform system.
