30 t轴重抗风沙铁路货车转向架枕架有限元分析

摘要:介绍了一种30 t轴重抗风沙铁路货车转向架设计方案,根据实际应用工况确定了货车转向架的主要性能参数和三维模型。采用大型有限元分析软件NX-NASTRAN依据美国铁路协会AAR M-202及AAR M-203标准要求对转向架主要零部件摇枕和侧架进行了有限元仿真分析,主要计算了转向架的静强度、疲劳强度及刚度。分析表明摇枕和侧架的性能符合标准要求,具有可靠的强度和疲劳寿命,该30t轴重铁路货车转向架方案是可行的。

Finite Element Analysis of Bolster and Side framefor 30t Axle-load Sand-resisting Freight Car Bogie

Abstract:This paper introduces a design scheme of a 30t axle-load sand-resisting railway freight car bogie, and determines the main performance parameters and three-dimensional model of the railway freight car bogie according to the actual application conditions. Large-scale finite element analysis software NX-NASTRAN was used to perform finite element simulation analysis on the bolster and side frame of the main components of the bogie according to the requirements of the AAR M-202 and AAR M-203 standards, andmainly calculated the static strength、fatigue strength and stiffness of the bogie. The analysis shows that the performance of the bolster and side frame meets the requirements of the standard and has reliable strength and fatigue life. The 30 t axle-load railway freight car bogie scheme is feasible.
