电解烟气净化除尘器的研究

摘要:针对电解烟气净化除尘器改善性能和降低成本的需求,提出了电解烟气净化除尘器的改进设计方案,介绍了除尘器花板的设计制造中的改进方案和除尘器进风道改进措施,并提出了基于ARM技术的电解烟气净化除尘器监控系统方案,阐述了除尘器上位机监控系统和下位机ARM控制系统实现过程。并利用计算机进行除尘器内部结构和气固两相流流场模拟实验,结果表明,该电解烟气净化除尘器系统提高了电解烟气净化除尘器的性能,降低了成本,满足使用要求。

Study on the Electrolytic Flue Gas Purification Dust Collector

Abstract:According to the electrolysis flue gas purification dust remover to improve the performance and reduce the cost,the improved design scheme of electrolysis flue gas purification dust collector is put forward. The improvement plan of design and manufacture of the flower plate and the improvement measures for the air inlet of the dust collector are introduced. And the monitoring and control system for electrolysis flue gas purification and dust remover based on ARM technology is put forward. The realization process of the host computer monitoring system and the ARM control system of the computer is described. The experimental results of the internal structure of the dust collector and the gas solid two phase flow field are simulated by using the computer,it show that the system improves the performance of the deduster, reduces the cost and meets the requirements of the use.
