基于TRIZ理论螺杆夹紧装置的创新设计

摘要:针对传统螺杆夹紧装置存在的不足,借助TRIZ理论的创新设计方法,设计一种新型螺杆夹紧装置。基于TRIZ理论中的冲突矩阵、创新原理与实际相结合,分析传统螺杆夹紧装置存在的问题,利用Pro/E软件建立创新产品的三维模型。得到了一种新型螺杆夹紧装置,解决了行进过程中约束不完整、磨损、夹紧类型单一的缺点,并用于膨胀螺栓装配机中。TRIZ理论为螺杆夹紧装置创新设计找准了改良方向,解决了技术冲突问题。同时TRIZ为机械创新设计人员提供了研究方向。

Innovative Design of Screw Clamping Device Based on TRIZ Theory

Abstract:Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional screw clamping device, a new screw clamping device was designed with the help of the innovative design method of TRIZ theory. Based on the combination of the conflict matrix of TRIZ theory, innovation principle and practice, the problems of traditional screw clamping device are analyzed, and the 3D model of innovative products is established by using Pro/E software. A new type of screw clamping device is obtained, which solves the disadvantages of incomplete constraint, wear and single clamping type in the traveling process, and is used in the expansion bolt assembly machine. The TRIZ theory finds the direction of improvement for the innovative design of screw clamping device and solves the technical conflict problem. At the same time, TRIZ provides the research direction for the innovative designers of machinery.
