基于FLUENT气动喷砂回收器流体仿真与优化

摘要:针对气动喷砂回收器磨损严重及回收效率不佳的问题,基于气固两相流固体颗粒运动和碰撞原理,对回收器的倾角进行了优化设计;借助Fluent软件对回收器里的粒子运动轨迹进行仿真对比分析,优先选出回收效率最好的回收器。分析结果表明:原回收器回收效率不佳以及磨损严重的主要原因在于,砂料在回收器中经过了多次碰撞反弹,加剧了回收器的磨损。优化后的回收器利用了砂料的反弹作用,回收器采用倾斜65°~75°喷射和回收时,几乎所有粒子都能反弹到回收器的回收口,提高了回收率,降低了对壁面的冲蚀磨损。

Structure Optimization Design Based on FLUENT Pneumatic Sandblasting Recoverer

Abstract:Aiming at solving the problem of serious abrasion and poor recovery efficiency of pneumatic sandblasting recoverer, the paper offers a method to optimize the inclination angle of the recoverer on the basis of the movement and collision of solid particles in gas-solid two-phase flow. The motion trajectory of the particles in the recoverer was determined by Fluent software. A simulation comparison analysis was conducted to prioritize the recoverers with the best recovery efficiency. The analysis results show that the main reason for the poor recovery and severe wear of the original recoverer is that the sand has rebounded several times in the recoverer, which exacerbates the wear of the recoverer. The optimized recoverer utilizes the rebound effect of the sand. When the recoverer is used for spraying and recycling at a tilt of 65°~75°, almost all particles can bounce back to the recovery port, which increases the recovery rate and reduces the erosion wear on the wall surface.
