用B型、C型标准化风道进行性能试验的比对分析

摘要:为研究不同试验方法对通风机气动性能的影响,利用B型、C型两种不同的标准化风道测试同一台压入式通风机的气动性能,并对两组试验数据进行定性、定量的比对分析。实际比对分析结果表明:采用最接近通风机使用情况的试验装置,能有效降低通风机气动性能的测试误差。压入式通风机空载或负载较小时通风机压力和通风机效率的偏差较大,采用B型标准化风道测试的试验数据明显优于C型标准化风道;随着压入式通风机负载逐渐增大,通风机压力和通风机效率的偏差逐渐减小,直至近乎相同。

Comparison Analysis of Performance Testing Using Type B&C Standardized Airways

Abstract:In order to study the influence of the fan aerodynamic performance, used the different test method, test aerodynamic performance of the same forced fan, using type B&C standardized airways, get two sets of test data, and comparison analysis two groups of test data by qualitative and quantitative methods. The analysis on the actual results showed that the test equipment can effectively reduce the test error of fan aerodynamic performance, if it’s the closest fan usage. If the forced fan is no-load or low-load, the deviation of the fan pressure and fan efficiency is larger, the test data what used type B standardized airways test, obviously it is better than type C standardized airways. The fan load gradually increase, and the deviation of the fan pressure and fan efficiency gradually decrease. Finally it is almost identical with another.
