基于ANSYS Workbench的包装机导向零件失效研究

摘要:研究在长期导向作业下导向零件的断裂失效。根据导向零件的工作原理和结构特点,建立三维数字化模型,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对导向零件进行静力分析,在静力分析基础之上进一步研对导向零件进行疲劳分析,将理论分析结果与实际断裂失效进行对比分析。静力分析结果显示导向零件的最大应力为223.73 MPa,导向槽底面的应力分布为24.56~174.01 MPa;疲劳分析结果显示其最大应力提高了25%,导向槽底面的应力分布提高了25%~26.55%。反复作用的交变应力是导致断裂失效的主要原因,导向槽底面为导向零件的危险截面,危险截面与实际发生断裂失效的曲线具有一致性。

Expiration Research of Drug Packing Machine Based on ANSYS Workbench

Abstract:The work aims to study the fracture failure of guided parts under long-term guidance.According to the working principle and structure of the guided parts, a three-dimensional digital model is established. The finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench is used to carry on the static analysis to the guided parts, and further study on the basis of static analysis, fatigue analysis of the guided parts, The analysis results are compared with the actual fracture failure. The results of static analysis show that the maximum stress of the guide part is 223.73MPa, and the stress distribution on the bottom of the guide groove is 24.56MPa ~ 174.01MPa. The fatigue analysis results show that the maximum stress is increased by 25% and the stress at the bottom of the guide groove is increased by 25% ~ 26.55 %.It is concluded that the alternating stress is the main cause of fracture failure, the bottom of the guide groove is the dangerous section of the guided part, and the dangerous cross section is consistent with the actual failure curve.
