基于FORAN的轮机二维原理图应用研究

摘要:轮机专业管路放样已在三维设计中全面开展,但管路二维原理图依然在AutoCAD中设计。二维与三维之间无法直接关联,造成数据不一致。为此,基于FORANV 70版本软件,对该软件轮机二维原理图模块二维符号的定义、管路原理图设计以及通过二维原理图驱动三维管路放样等进行详细的介绍,并结合实际应用情况对二维原理图模块进行分析,总结原理图关联设计的优点及软件本身存在的不足之处,为软件的推广应用及二次开发等提供有益帮助,为后续轮机专业三维设计奠定基础。

Research on Application of 2D Engineer Schematic Diagram Based on FORAN Software

Abstract:Pipeline lofting has been carried out roundly, but the 2D schematic diagram is still designed with autoCAD. The product data is not conformance without in relation between 2D diagram and 3D model. Based on FORAN V70 software, this paper describes definition of sign in schematic diagram, the design progress of 2D schematic diagram of pipeline, pipeline lofting making use of 2D schematic diagram in FORAN. With practical, this paper analyses the module of Fsysd in FORAN and summarizes the advantage of interaction design with diagram. The results show that it's valuable for applying to developing the piping digital design system.
