基于功率流的车下有源设备隔振效果分析

摘要:高速列车车下悬挂设备振动对车辆运行的平稳性、安全性和舒适性有着重要影响,尤其是涉及乘客时,车下有源设备传递至车体的振动是乘客感到不舒适的最主要来源。因此,有必要探究车下有源设备的隔振效果,改善车辆的运行性能。运用功率流方法,通过导纳与阻抗矩阵的四端参数方程,计算车下设备通过隔振系统传递至车体的功率流和力传递率,研究了隔振系统各参数对系统功率流传递及隔振效果的影响。理论分析表明,隔振系统刚度决定着隔振效果,在实际设计中要严格把控这一参数。

Analysis of Vibration Isolation Effect of Active Device under Trains Based on Power Flow

Abstract:The vibration of suspension equipment under high-speed train has significant influence on the stability, safety and comfort of vehicle operation. The vibration from active equipment under vehicle is the main source of discomfort for passengers. Therefore, it's necessary to study the vibration isolation effect of active devices under vehicles and improve vehicle performance. With power flow method and four-terminal parametric equations of admittance and impedance matrix, the researchers calculate the power flow and force transfer rate of the vibration from the source device through vibration isolation system to the vehicle. Then they study the influence of the parameters of the vibration isolation system on the power flow transmission and vibration isolation of the system is studied. Theoretical analysis shows that the stiffness of vibration isolation system has a decisive influence on the vibration isolation effect. This parameter should be strictly controlled in the actual design.
