高温油泵机械密封失效原因分析

摘要:油泵超过300℃即属于高危泵。泵厂原采用单端面波纹管密封,但使用周期短、更换频率较高,严重影响了生产,甚至密封一旦失效、泄漏的高温油介质将直接进入大气起火燃烧。为了装置的安全,对油泵机械密封进行了改造,采用双端面波纹管密封、冲洗方案PLAN41+53B,但仍存在密封使用寿命短的问题,为此对该油泵的机械密封及系辅助统进行了拆解和分析,找到了问题产生的原因,通过改进机械密封的结构及冲洗方法,提高了密封寿命。

Failure Analysis of Mechanical Seal of High Temperature Oil Pump

Abstract:The oil temperature is more than 300℃, and it belongs to the high risk pump. The single metal bellows seal was originally used in the pump plant. Its service life was short and the replacement frequency was high, which seriously affected the production. More importantly, once the seal fails, the leaked high-temperature oil will directly leak into the atmosphere, and start fire and burn. In order to ensure the safety of the device, it has been changed to double metal bellows seal with Piping PLAN41+53B. However, the sealing life is still short. For this reason, the mechanical seal and the system of the oil pump were dismantled and analyzed. In the end, the cause of the problem was found out by dismantling the accident seal and its auxiliary system. The seal life is prolonged through optimizing the structure and flushing method of the mechanical seal.
