拖拉机智能装配车间定位系统设计

摘要:针对拖拉机制造车间资源管理信息滞后和准确性差的问题,结合车间环境和定位需求,设计了基于UWB定位技术的拖拉机智能装配车间定位系统。系统由定位标签、定位基站、定位软件、POE交换机等组成,通过定位软件建立整个智能装配车间实时地图,设置各装配单元的坐标位置,在各移动物资上安装定位标签,根据车间定位环境在适当位置处安装定位基站并选用AOA和TDOA两种算法进行组合作为智能装配车间的定位方法;根据车间定位精度高的需求和定位对象的不同,对定位系统硬件进行选型,并在拖拉机智能装配车间的基础上对定位基站进行布局,满足了长81 m、宽72 m的拖拉机智能装配车间用13个定位基站实现0.1 m的定位精度要求,为拖拉机智能装备车间提供实时准确的资源位置信息,方便智能管理系统对装配物资的及时调度,实现对拖拉机离散制造车间资源实效、准确的管理。

Design of Positioning Scheme for Tractor Intelligent Assembly Workshop

Abstract:In view of the problems of resource management information lag and poor accuracy in tractor manufacturing workshop at present, combined with the environment and positioning requirements, designed a positioning system of tractor intelligent assembly workshop based on UWB positioning technology. The orientation of the system by tags, base station, positioning software, POE switches etc, through the establishment of the positioning software of intelligent assembly shop real-time map, set the coordinates of each assembly unit in all the materials are installed on the mobile positioning labels, according to the workshop environment, positioning base station at appropriate location and select two TDOA and AOA algorithms are combined as the intelligent positioning method of assembly shop; According to the requirements of workshop high positioning accuracy and positioning the different object, the positioning system hardware selection, and on the basis of the tractor intelligent assembly shop to layout, positioning base station can meet the in width of 81 meters, 72 meters respectively tractor intelligent assembly shop with 13 base stations for 0.1 meters of positioning accuracy, for the intelligent equipment of tractor workshop provides real-time accurate location information resources, and convenient intelligent management system for timely dispatch of materials for the assembly, implements the effective and accurate for tractor discrete manufacturing plant resources management.
