埋地管道受地面堆载作用的安全分析

摘要:针对地面堆载是否会使管道失效的问题,以X80埋地管道为研究对象,选用von Mises屈服准则作为管道的失效准则,通过简化建立管土相互作用的三维立体模型,将地面堆载视为均布荷载全部作用于管土模型上,选取不同的管道埋深、堆置物重度、堆置高度的参数来研究这三种因素对管道应力的影响,并运用仿真软件ABAQUS对模型进行有限元分析。研究结果表明,地面堆载对埋地管道的影响不容忽略,堆载高度的变化对埋地管道影响小,堆载重度的变化对管道应力的影响更加显著。在实际工程中,若不能避免要在埋地管道上大量堆放物品时,建议仅堆放像砂土、混凝土等重度较小的堆置物,保守建议存在可能出现堆载区域的埋地管道的埋深不应超过3 m。

Safety Analysis of Buried Pipelines Subjected to Ground Loading

Abstract:In view of whether the ground stacking will cause the pipeline to fail, the X80 buried pipeline is taken as the research object, and the von Mises yield criterion is selected as the failure criterion of the pipeline. By simplifying the establishment of the three-dimensional model of the soil interaction, the ground surfacing is regarded as The uniform distribution loads all on the pipe soil model. The influences of these three factors on the pipeline stress are studied by selecting different parameters of pipeline depth, stacking weight and stacking height, and the model is finite element using the simulation software ABAQUS. The research results show that the impact of ground surcharge on buried pipeline can not be ignored, the variation of stacking height has little effect on buried pipeline, compared to the stacking height, the influence of the change in the stacking load on the pipeline stress is more significant. In actual engineering, if it is unavoidable to pile up a large number of items on the buried pipeline, it is recommended to pile only the piles with less gravity such as sand and concrete. The depth should not exceed 3 m.
