电磁轴承支承下轴系转子模态及振动响应分析

摘要:为得到电磁轴承支撑下轴系转子的模态频率分布位置及不平衡振动响应规律,以600 Wh飞轮储能系统为研究对象,采用控制变量法分析磁轴承刚度与阻尼随控制参数的变化规律,进而确定电磁轴承支承的边界条件。以此建立轴系转子的有限元模型,利用ANSYS软件缩减阻尼法求取轴系固有频率点及振型;而后以转子不平衡量为体载荷,通过谐响应分析方法得到轴系的稳态不平衡响应曲线,分析其规律。最后进行系统充电实验。研究表明:轴系的固有频率分布在工作转速区域之外;在质量不平衡作用下轴系的位移响应随激振频了升高而降低;实验结果与前述分析基本一致,说明研究方法有效可行。

Analysis of Rotor Modal and Vibration Response of Shaft System Supported by Electromagnetic Bearings

Abstract:In order to obtain the modal frequency distribution and unbalanced vibration response of the shaft rotor supported by electromagnetic bearing, take the 600Wh flywheel energy storage system as the research object, using the control variable method to analyze the variation law of the stiffness and damping of the magnetic bearing with the control parameters. Then determine the boundary conditions of electromagnetic bearing support. In this paper, the finite element model of the shaft rotor is established, and the natural frequency point and vibration mode of the shaft are obtained by ANSYS software. The static imbalance response curve of the shaft system is obtained by the harmonic response analysis method. Finally, the system charge experimentis carried out. The research indicates that the natural frequency of shaft is located outside the working speed area. and the displacement response of the shafting system under the unbalance of mass is decreased with the increase of excitation frequency. The experimental results are consistent with the previous analysis, which shows that the research method is feasible.
