基于惯性基准法地铁钢轨波磨检测方法研究

摘要:为了检测钢轨波磨,不同于传统波磨检测方法,在MATLAB环境下处理车辆轴箱振动信号得到钢轨波磨波形。对传统惯性基准法原理做出改进,提出一种新的信号处理计算方法。在列车轴箱上安装加速度传感器,采集北京地铁波磨轨道轴箱垂向振动加速度信号,针对轨道振动信号非平稳、非线性的特点,提出运用EMD与小波阈值去噪方法相联合对振动加速度进行降噪处理,然后设计积分器对重构振动信号进行积分,为保证检测精度,再将积分结果通过一高通滤波器。结果显示,该检测计算方法能准确有效地计算出钢轨波磨。

Research on Detection of Metro Rail Corrugation Based on Inertial Reference Method

Abstract:In order to detect railcorrugation, the waveform of rail corrugation was obtained by processing vibration signals of axle box in MATLAB environment.A new method of signal processing was proposed to improve traditional inertial reference method.The acceleration sensor was installed on the axle box of the metro,andthe vertical vibration signals produced by the corrugation of Beijing Metro were collected.In view of the non-stationary and nonlinear characteristics of the signals, EMD and wavelet threshold was combined to denoise the acceleration.An integrator was designed to integrate the reconstructed vibration signals,thenpassed through a high pass filter.The results showed that this detection method can accurately and effectively calculate the rail corrugation.
