7XXX铝合金平滑焊接接头疲劳性能研究

摘要:对7XXX铝合金平滑焊接接头疲劳性能进行研究。基于统计学方法,分析数据的可靠性及模型合理性。当循环基数为1×107时,得到7XXX铝合金平滑焊接接头条件疲劳极限值为119 MPa。观察典型疲劳失效试样纵截面,断裂发生于焊缝区。主导裂纹萌生于试样表面,随着循环加载的进行,裂纹垂直加载轴扩展,随后近似平行于熔合线地长大,其最终取向又垂直于加载方向,局部扩展路径可见少量的次生裂纹。

The Fatigue Performance of Smoothed Weld Joints of 7XXX Aluminum Alloy

Abstract:The fatigue property of the smoothed weld joints of 7XXX aluminum alloy was mainly researched in this paper. Data reliability analysis, as well as reasonability of model was analyzed via the statistics method. The conditional fatigue limit was about 119MPa with the cyclic number of 1×107. Then the cross section of failure specimen was observed in detail, and the location of fracture was determined in the position of the weld, obviously. The dominant crack initiated at the surface of the specimen. It was perpendicular to the loading shaft, then parallel to fusion line and the crack was vertical to loading direction finally with the cyclic loading. Little secondary cracks appeared along the propagation path at the same time.
