电机定子自动上料检测系统设计

摘要:为降低工人劳动强度、改善工作环境、避免工人生产事故,同时提高生产效率和产品质量,研发电机定子自动上料检测系统,以实现电机定子的自动上料以及检测。在分析现有工作流程的基础上,设计出一套结合PLC、触摸屏、工业机器人为一体的系统。通过分析工作流程以及现有的电机定子检测方法,利用西门子SIMATIC Manager,雅马哈VIP+编写SFC控制程序和工业机器人控制程序,用威纶EasyBuilder Pro设计人机界面,结合现有插纸装置,实现电机定子的自动上料和检测。

System Design of Automatic Feeding and Detection of Motor Stator

Abstract:The paper is aimed at developing a system of automatic feeding and detection of motor stator. The system is expected to reduce labor intensity, improve work environment, avoid production accident, and improve production efficiency and product quality. Based on the analysis of the existing workflow, a set of control system is designed, which integrates PLC, touch screen and industrial robot. By analyzing the working process and the existing motor stator detection method, the SFC control program and industrial robot control program is written with Siemens SIMATIC Manager and Yamaha VIP+. The man-machine interface is designed with Weinview EasyBuilder Pro. The new system, combined with the existing device, can implement automatic feeding and detection of motor stator.
