基于TRIZ的凸轮机构实验台的设计

摘要:利用TRIZ理论针对凸轮实验台进行了创新设计研究。首先将设计描述为TRIZ问题从而确定技术冲突,再使用技术冲突矩阵找到合适的发明原理,在发明原理的指导下制作了一种能够直接绘制凸轮运动规律曲线的盘形凸轮实验台。该凸轮实验台包含了齿轮、凸轮、直线轴承等多种传动机构,在手动操作下,凸轮带动绘图笔直线运动,同时齿轮系带动辊子和纸张转动,绘图笔能够在纸张上绘制出凸轮机构的位移-角度曲线。这种凸轮实验台结构简单、成本低、易携带,非常适合在高校的相关实验中使用。

Design for the Cam Experimental Platform Based on TRIZ

Abstract:This paper use Technical conflict method of TRIZ on the innovation of new type of cam mechanism test bench. First, the design is described as the TRIZ problem to identify conflicts, then the technology of conflict matrix is used to find the right invention principle, finally, a kind of test bench which can directly draw the motion rule curve of cam is designed under the guidance of the invention principle. This CAM experiment table contains gear, CAM, linear bearings and other transmission mechanisms, the CAM drives the drawing pen under the manual operation, at the same time, the gears drives the roll and paper, drawing pen can draw a displacement-Angle curve of CAM mechanism on the paper. This cam mechanism experiment test bench has the advantages of simple structure and low cost. It is very suitable for cam mechanism experiments in universities.
