行人警告声音系统结构设计

摘要:行人警告声音系统的结构强度与防护性能,是结构系统设计的重要技术指标。分析了行人警告声音系统的结构组成、材料选型与密封设计,并探讨了该产品的结构强度和防护性能指标。通过力学仿真设计分析,论证该系统强度满足产品的设计要求;通过产品零件的选型与密封结构的设计,系统防护等级达到IP67,该系统防护性能亦满足产品设计要求。

Abstract:The structure strength and protection performance of the vehicle sound for pedestrians are the important technical indexes of the design of the structure system. In this paper, the structure, material selection and seal design of a vehicle sound for pedestrians are analyzed, and the structural strength and protective performance indexes of the product are also discussed. Through the analysis of the mechanical simulation design, it is demonstrated that the strength of the system meets the design requirements of the product. Through the selection of the product parts and the design of the sealing structure, the system protection level is IP67, and the protection performance of the system also meets the requirements of the product design.
