基于AMT纯电动客车动力总成设计

摘要:以中型纯电动客车为研究对象,对动力总成匹配关键技术进行研究,主要包括驱动电机、动力电池、以及变速器参数的匹配设计及选型,并通过AVL cruise软件搭建整车动力学模型,进行动力系统仿真试验,验证了仿真模型建立的准确性及动力系统参数匹配的合理性,同时,搭建动力总成试验台架,对匹配完成的系统进行动力性与经济性试验,并与仿真结果进行对比,为纯电动客车动力总成系统的设计选型提供依据。

The Design of Pure Electric Vehicle Powertrain Based on AMT

Abstract:This article takes medium-sized pure electric Vehicle as the research object, and studies the key technologies of powertrain matching, including the matching design and selection of drive motors, power batteries, and transmission parameters. The AVL cruise software is used to build the dynamic model of the vehicle and the power system simulation test is conducted to verify the accuracy of the simulation model establishment and the rationality of the dynamic system parameter matching. At the same time, a powertrain test bench was constructed to perform dynamic and economical tests on the matched system and compare it with simulation results. It provides the basis for the design and selection of the power electric bus powertrain system.
