上流式水轮曝气机CFD仿真分析

摘要:为保证曝气机的性能满足设计要求,对曝气机水力模型进行三维建模,基于k-ω多相湍流模型,通过对扩散过程、传质过程和气液两相流理论的分析,利用ANSYS CFX有限元仿真软件,对曝气机的内部流场进行数值模拟。得到曝气机内部流场的速度分布图和压力分布图,计算了曝气机作用下的水体含氧量及曝气机效率两项主要技术指标。结果表明,利用计算流体动力学进行三维多相湍流数值模拟得到的两项技术指标均能达到设计需求,为曝气机优化设计提供了参考和指导。

CFD Simulation Analysis of Upflow Turbine Aerator

Abstract:The three-dimensional modeling of the aerator hydraulic is created to ensure the performance of the aerator to meet the design requirements. Based on the k-ω multiphase turbulence model, ANSYS CFX finite element simulation software is used to simulate the internal flow field of the aerator. In the process, the paper analyzes the diffusion process, mass transfer process and gas-liquid two-phase flow theory. The velocity profile and pressure distribution chart of the flow field inside the aerator are obtained. Two main technical indexes of the oxygen content of the aerator and the aerator efficiency are calculated. The results show that the two technical indexes, which are obtained from numerical simulation of three-dimensional multiphase turbulence through computational fluid dynamics, meet the design requirements. The research finding provides reference and guidance for the optimal design of the aerator.
