提高发动机曲轴自动平衡机测量稳定性的方法

摘要:汽车发动机曲轴动平衡量值大,会产生振动现象,甚至让驾驶员无法接受以致影响正常驾驶。对于曲轴的动平衡量值在设计中有严格的要求,若曲轴动平衡量值不稳定,加工置信率差,会导致发动机异常振动。本研究分析影响动曲轴平衡机测量不稳定性的原因,旨在让动平衡测量精度置信率达标,并寻求提升动平衡测量稳定性的方法。文中采用了平衡机定标砝码的制定,解决分离比问题和增设创新轴向定位装置方法,解决了曲轴动平衡不稳定性问题。

A Method for Improving Measurement Stability of Engine Crankshaft Automatic Balancer

Abstract:The large value of the crankshaft dynamic balance of an automobile engine may cause vibrations even to the extent that the driver cannot accept it and normal driving is affected. There are strict requirements on the dynamic balance of the crankshaft. If the crankshaft's dynamic balance is unstable and the machining confidence is poor, it will cause abnormal engine vibration. This study analyzes the reasons that affect the instability of the crankshaft balancing machine measurement. The purpose is to make the dynamic balance measurement meet the standard of accuracy and to seek ways to improve the stability of the dynamic balance measurement. The formulation of balancing machine calibration weights was adopted to solve the problem of separation ratio and to develop a method of adding innovative axial positioning devices, which solved the instability problem of crankshaft dynamic balance.
