基于ANSYS的门机金属结构系统动态特性分析

摘要:以某门式起重机金属结构系统为例,利用有限元软件ANSYS分析了其动态特性。通过分析得出如下结论:当起重小车位于主梁跨中和悬臂端时,整机金属结构系统对应的各阶模态振型均表现一致,其中,第四阶模态为整机结构在垂直方向的振动,当小车位于主梁跨中时,对应的固有频率值为3.033 Hz,即其动态性能满足国家标准的要求。分析结果为该起重机动态性能的优化奠定了基础。

Dynamic Characteristic Analysis of Gantry Crane Based on ANSYS

Abstract:Taking a gantry crane as an example, its dynamic characteristic was analyzed based on ANSYS in this paper. It is concluded that mode shapes of the crane are same when the trolley is located in the middle of the girder and the cantilever end, among them, the fourth order mode is the vibration of structure in the vertical direction, the corresponding natural frequency value is 3.033Hz when the trolley is located in the middle of the girder, therefore, the crane’s dynamic characteristic meets the requirements of the national standard. The results provide basis for optimization of the crane’s dynamic characteristic.
