一种无源真空吸附蜘蛛侠手动装置的研制

摘要:研制一种无源真空蜘蛛侠手动装置,利用该装置可自由的在瓷砖墙壁、铝塑板墙壁、玻璃墙壁等光滑墙面上自由行走,体验做蜘蛛侠的刺激感,它无需真空泵、真空发生器或风机等真空动力源。吸附装置通过杠杆柱塞自动抽吸机构,借助大气压力实现运动过程中吸附组件对壁面的自动吸附与脱离。该装置对手动装置和脚踏装置的内部结构做了重点研究,使用者通过四肢配合交替的上下拨动手动装置的省力手柄和脚蹬装置的省力脚踏板,借助该装置提供的吸附力便可轻松的在光滑的墙壁上攀爬行走。

Development of A Passive Vacuum Adsorption of Spider Man Manual Device

Abstract:This paper developed a passive vacuum spider man manual device, people can use freedom of the device on the wall tiles, aluminum-plastic board walls, glass walls smooth wall walk freely and experience the stimulation of spider man sense, it does not need a vacuum pump, a vacuum generator, or fan etc. Vacuum power source, adsorption device through lever piston automatic suction mechanism, with atmospheric pressure so as to realize the movement in the process of adsorption component of wall automatic adsorption and separation. Opponents motion mechanism of the devices and the internal structure of pedal device did key research, Users through the limbs with alternating up and down upon labor-saving manual device handle and labor-saving foot pedal, pedal device with the device provided by the adsorption force can easily go crawling on the wall of the smooth climbing.
