航空发动机转子装配螺栓自动拧紧机设计与分析

摘要:传统航空发动机转子装配螺栓拧紧设备自动化程度低,对发动机装配效率及装配质量影响较大。结合国内航空发动机转子装配螺栓拧紧设备现状,基于Pro/E软件设计了一种新型航空发动机转子装配螺栓自动拧紧机。并运用ANSYS Workbench对关键承力构件进行分析,得到其最大应力、应变及变形,据此可对关键结构件进行强度和刚度校核。

Design and Analysis of Aero Engine Rotor Automatic Bolt Tightening Machine Structure

Abstract:The traditional aircraft engine rotor bolt assembly equipment of low degree of automation, influence on engine efficiency and quality of assembly greatly. In this paper, combined with the current situation of the domestic aero-engine rotor assembly bolt tightening device, a new type of aero engine rotor assembly bolt automatic tightening machine is designed based on the Pro/E software. And ANSYS Workbench is used on the key supporting component of force analysis. Compared with the maximum deformation and maximum stress, the mechanical strength and stiffness of the structure is checked.
