躺式自行车自顶向下的参数化设计

摘要:介绍了用自顶向下设计理念以及参数化设计一辆躺式自行车。与传统的自行车相比,该自行车的车架及传动结构被重新设计,使得该自行车更加舒适,适用于追求个性的人群。该车采用自顶向下的设计理念,与传统的自底向上理念相比,这种理念更符合设计人员的思维习惯。该设计理念缩短了产品开发周期,减少了因产品参数变化而引起的重新装配的次数,大大提高了工作效率。在对该自行车进行参数化设计过程中,人机工程学相关知识的运用使得设计出的自行车更符合人体需求。该车座椅下方设有可调节螺钉,可以调节座椅与水平地面之间的夹角,以便达到更为舒适的效果。通过以上设计,在对该自行车进行干涉检查时,未发现干涉现象。在进行运动仿真时,该车能够正常运动。

The Top-Down Parametric Design of a Lying Bicycle

Abstract:This article introduces the concept of top-down design and parametric design of a new type of lying bicycle. Compared with the traditional bicycle, the frame and the driving structure of the bicycle are redesigned, so that the bicycle is more comfortable, and is suitable for the pursuit of individuality. This bicycle uses the top-down design concept. Compared with the traditional bottom-up concept, this concept is more in line with the design staff's thinking habits. The design concept has shortened the product development cycle, reduced the number of reassembly due to changes in product parameters, and greatly improved the efficiency of the work. In the process of parametric design of the bicycle, the use of the relevant knowledge of Human Engineering makes the design of the bicycle more in line with the needs of the human body. The lower part of the bicycle seat is provided with an adjustable screw, which can adjust the angle between the seat and the horizontal ground so as to achieve a more comfortable effect. Through the above design, the interference phenomenon was not found in the interference check of the bicycle. And in the motion simulation, the bicycle can move normally.
