某6×4重型牵引车动力匹配设计

摘要:针对某6×4重型牵引车的开发,进行动力匹配设计。通过多轮仿真分析及优化整车附件降低风阻。应用分轮位花纹轮胎匹配技术,同时优化轮胎结构和材料,使开发车的轮胎滚阻系数降低。改变变速箱及后桥齿轮和轴承结构,降低润滑油阻力,提高传动效率。通过动力总成和后桥速比合理匹配及优化发动机风扇性能,使发动机万有特性适合整车在一定工况下的运行区域。从而使整车具备优越的动力性和经济性,并结合CRUISE软件的仿真分析,最终实现整车性能达到预期目标。

Dynamic Matching Design of a Heavy Towing Vehicle

Abstract:This article mainly aims at the development of a 6×4 heavy towing vehicle, dynamic matching design, the simulation analysis and optimization of vehicle accessories to reduce wind resistance. Application of wheel tread matching technology, and optimization of tire structure and material, the development of car tire rolling resistance coefficient decreased, change the gearbox and rear axle gear and bearing structure, reduce the oil resistance, improve the transmission efficiency. Through the power assembly and the rear axle ratio reasonable matching and optimization of engine fan performance, the universal characteristics of the vehicle in a certain operating conditions, so that the vehicle has the power and economic superiority, and combined with the analysis of CRUISE software simulation, finally realizes the vehicle performance to achieve the desired goals.
