基于正交试验的轮胎胎冠花纹结构影响滚动阻力的分析

摘要:胎面花纹是影响轮胎滚动阻力的关键部件,研究花纹结构参数设计对滚动阻力的影响在低滚阻轮胎结构设计应用中具有重要意义。以载重子午线轮胎295/80R22.5为研究对象,通过对比试验测试与数值计算得到的接地压力和印痕参数,检验轮胎模型的有效性。在此基础上,采用数值计算的方法分析了胎面中心花纹块宽度、胎肩花纹块宽度和胎面弧高度等三个因素,每个因素取三个水平,选用正交试验L9(34)分析了各因素对滚动阻力的影响。根据正交试验的结果,采用回归分析对试验结果进行优化,得到了各因素之间的最佳组合,并对其滚动阻力进行了分析,结果表明,相对原始结构,滚动阻力降低了3.78%。

The Effect of Tire Crown Pattern Structures on Rolling Resistance Based on Orthogonal Experiment

Abstract:The tread pattern is a key component of the effect on tire roll resistance. The research of tread pattern design on tire roll resistance has great significance and necessity. Take the radial TBR 295/80R22.5 as the object, the tire model is validated by comparison of contact pressure and footprint between the simulated and test. After then, with the help of the orthogonal test L9(34), the three factors of the width of the middle pattern block, the width of the sidewall pattern block and the height of the crown concave  are chosen as design factor, each factor has three level, and the three effects on tire roll resistance is analyze. According to the orthogonal test results, the optimum design factors are calculated by using the regression analysis. Comparisons to the original tire roll resistance, the optimal design tire roll resistance decreases 3.78%.
