一种减振缸充气系统的仿真分析

摘要:气体减振缸是很多设备如摩托车上的常见系统,减振缸充气时的初始伸出长度会对充气需要的时间有较大影响。将气体减振缸充气系统作为研究对象,基于系统的仿真与建模思路,将整个系统应用HyPneu软件选取了合适的元件,构建出减振缸充气系统的仿真分析模型,分析了不同缸径、杆径、行程、初始伸出长度和充气压力的组合下完成充气需要的时间。

Abstract:The gas damper cylinder is a common system of many equipments such as a motorcycle, the initial extended length of a gas cylinder have great influence on the charging time needed; this paper will research the gas damping cylinder’s charging system, based on the thinking of the simulation and modeling of the whole system, the paper selected proper components and created the simulation model of the gas damping cylinder’s charging system, analyzing the charging time needed in case of different combinations of bore diameter, rod diameter, stroke, initial extended length and charging pressure.
