火力发电厂烟风煤粉管道加固肋设计

摘要:根据工程实践经验,经过改良设计,提出了以横向加固肋为主、适当考虑内撑杆承受内外荷载、按照薄板大挠度塑性变形计算模式进行板的控制计算的火力发电厂烟风煤管道设计的计算方法。结合兖矿锅炉项目简要介绍了DL/T 5121-2000《火力发电厂烟风煤粉管道设计技术规程》中加固肋的计算方法。

Design of Stiffening Ribs for Flue Gas and Pulverized Coal Piping in Thermal Power Plant

Abstract:According to engineering practice experience, after many designing methods have been proposed many times, the method now widely used in China is offered. It is a method like this :the pressure is mostly born by the cross stiffening ribs, and a part of the pressure is taken on by the inside fit bear. The plate of the pipes is computed as a thin plank with large plastic deflection. This article is brief introduced the method in the Technical Code for design of Power Plant A(DL/T5121-2000).
