某型水陆两栖飞机机头V形船体倒悬装配方案设计

摘要:该型飞机是由我国自行研制的一种大型水陆两栖飞机。飞机机头上部采用传统的飞机结构,下部为V形船体结构。下部船体结构空间狭小,装配操作困难,保证机头下部V形船体的装配质量和效率是一个比较困难的问题。为解决这一问题,在分析了该型飞机机头结构组成和装配要求的基础上,针对性地设计了一种分段倒立姿态进行装配的方案并对工装进行了数学建模,经过实际生产验证,船体装配的舒适性和可操作性得到了改善。本方案为该型飞机后续架次的装配提供了经验,也对行业内其他型号飞机研制提供了一定的参考和借鉴。

Precept Design of V Hull Suspension Assembly for Amphibious Aircraft Nose

Abstract:This aircraft is a large amphibious plane individually developed by our country. Upside of the aircraft nose is traditional aircraft structure while bottom of the aircraft nose is V hull structure. Ensuring the assembly quality and efficiency of V hull is difficult because of the narrow assembly space. A segmented inverted posture for assembling was proposed and the mathematical model of tooling was built based on the structure and assembling requirements of this aircraft. The comfort and operability of hull assembly was promoted in the actual production. This scheme provided experience for subsequent assembly and designing references for other types of aircraft.
